Each pullover is individually finished. Temporary pressing marks, slight fabric impressions, or minor variations around the applied motifs may be present when new. These are normal characteristics of the production process and naturally relax and disappear after the first wash and with regular wear. Minor variations are part of the authentic handcrafted finish and do not affect durability or performance.

Include a note (or, ideally, write on the packing slip and include that) with the following information:

  1. The order number, or the name and email address of the purchaser.
  2. The item(s) and size(s) you want in exchange. If you're exchanging for a t-shirt, remember to include if you would like a men's, women's, junior's, or kid's t-shirt. Available sizes include:
              -Men's T-Shirts: XSmall through 3XL
              -Women's T-Shirts: Small through 2XL
              -Juniors T-Shirts: XSmall through Large
              -Kids T-Shirts: XS through L
              -Women's Tank Tops: Small through 2XL
              -Hoodies: Small through 2XL
    Note: 2XL shirts cost $2+ extra, and 3XL shirts cost $5+ extra. Items are considered a direct exchange (shirt for shirt), regardless of how much you paid or the current list price. However, additional charges may apply if you are exchanging for a different product and / or a 2XL or 3XL.
  3. The address you would like your new shirts shipped to.

-Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. Please include $7.00 check with your return. We recommend using the US Postal Service, but you can ship it via any major carrier.
-We do not charge a restocking fee.

Care Instructions

  1. Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
  2. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
  3. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
