FIY. We want to be upfront about this piece, because it’s not your average t-shirt—and it’s not meant to be.
Each design carries close to 23,000 stitches. That level of embroidery isn’t light work. It requires a sturdier, more substantial garment to hold the structure and detail. We intentionally chose a heavier base, while still making sure it feels soft and comfortable to wear.
Every shirt is garment-dyed and pre-washed. This process gives each piece its own character, so slight variations in color are natural—both in production and after washing.
Because the garments are pre-washed at the factory, what you see is already stabilized. On larger sizes, you may notice a slight shift along the side seam. This is a result of the industrial washing process and is outside of our control, but it also means the garment has already settled and won’t continue shifting over time.
With embroidery at this density, you may also see a temporary “hoop mark” or slight nap impression from production. This is normal and will fade/disappear after a few washes.
This is not a mass, cookie-cutter piece. It’s a more involved garment, made for people who appreciate the weight, the texture, and the craftsmanship behind it.
